LifeScape Announces Nathan Koens, PA-C as New Addition to Sanford Pediatric (PM&R) Team

LifeScape is pleased to announce that Nathan Koens, PA-C has joined the Sanford Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Team (PM&R) and is now accepting patients.

Prior to completing Physician Assistant (PA) school at the University of South Dakota, Koens practiced as an athletic trainer for 4 years. He received his undergraduate degree at South Dakota State University in Athletic Training and then attended graduate school at North Dakota State University for Advanced Athletic Training where he was the baseball athletic trainer. During his time at North Dakota State University, he completed a thesis using 3D motion analysis to analyze pronation in runners. He also has experience working in an orthopedic walk-in clinic as an athletic trainer.

Koens is looking forward to seeing patients with neuromusculoskeletal conditions in his pediatric rehabilitation practice.
