Kick Off Your Spring Shopping at the Garden Gathering

The Columbus Community Hospital volunteers are hosting their 1st annual Garden Party on Monday, March 10, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 9-11 p.m. in The Gift Shop.

The event will feature the following products:

• Spring décor

• Easter décor

• Silk florals

• Easter basket fillers

• Gifts for Confirmation or First Communion

• Mother’s Day gifts

• Father’s Day gifts

• Graduation gifts

• Children’s Easter jewelry

• Children’s books

• Plush items

• Unique rain gauges

Angie Ramaekers, the hospital’s director of volunteer and guest services, said she and the volunteers hope to make the garden party an annual tradition.

“The volunteer and gift shop teams have been preparing for months for this event, and are excited to invite the community to attend,” she said. “Shoppers will be delighted with the many different items to decorate their homes. They will also be able to find unique gifts for Easter, Confirmation, First Communion, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and graduation.”

Volunteers will serve holiday-themed treats and offer door prize drawings. Proceeds from this event will help fund medical equipment and program advancement purchases at the hospital.
