Kearney Regional Medical Center Earns Human Experience Awards

Kearney Regional Medical Center (KRMC) has been recognized by Press Ganey as a 2023 Human Experience Award Winner for outstanding achievement in employee and physician experience. This prestigious award highlights the excellence KRMC has achieved in ambulatory care, hospital, and medical practice settings.

KRMC has been awarded the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Employee Experience in all three settings: Ambulatory Care, Hospital, and Medical Practice (Platte Valley Medical Clinic). Additionally, Platte Valley Medical Group (PVMG) has been awarded the Guardian of Excellence award for Physician Experience in Medical Practice.

The Guardian of Excellence award for Employee and Physician Experience honors facilities who achieved the 95th percentile or higher on Engagement for their most recent census survey completed during the award year (January – December 2022).

The Press Ganey Human Experience Award is a symbol of excellence in the healthcare industry and is awarded to organizations that have achieved the highest levels of performance in patient experience, employee engagement, physician engagement, and clinical quality.
