Gastroenterology Specialist Carter Mosher Joins Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic

Carter Mosher, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in gastroenterology, is excited to join the Essentia Health-32nd Avenue Clinic.

“I chose Essentia because of the positive experiences I had when working there previously in home health in Detroit Lakes and at the Fargo ER,” explained Mosher, who grew up in Beltrami, Minnesota. “At Essentia, even in places like Fargo, the patients are treated like they are in a small town, and it reminds me of small hospitals I’ve worked for in the past.

“I also receive my care at Essentia and have nothing but great things to say about all of the people that I have interacted with through the years.”

Mosher received his education from the University of Mary in Bismarck. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

“Gastroenterology interested me mainly because of the sheer amount of people that are dealing with GI issues,” said Mosher. “It seems so common, yet it often goes unmentioned because people generally do not want to talk about these sorts of things.
