Free Heart Health Education for the Community – Jan. 23

CHI Health St. Francis, in collaboration with Nebraska Heart Institute, is hosting a heart education session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 23 in Conference Room 2/3 at the hospital.

“Born to Thrive: 10 Primal Strategies for Living Your Best Life Now” promotes getting back to the basics including nutritious food, movement that utilizes both our muscles and cardiovascular systems, and life choices that keep stress at a minimum, sleep at a maximum, and balance at the center.

Presenter Anna Fruehling, licensed health coach, serves as a guide for lasting health and wellness.
