Food as Medicine: Free Community Education – Oct. 23

CHI Health St. Francis, in partnership with CHI Health Clinic: Nebraska Heart Institute, is offering a free community education session, “Food Is My Medicine,” on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 6:30 pm. The session will be held in Conference Room 2/3 at the hospital.

Chelsie Doane, PA-C, a cardiology physician assistant with CHI Health Clinic: Nebraska Heart Institute, will share the importance of nutritious foods for promoting overall health and well-being. 

Part of a monthly series focused on heart health, this discussion aims to empower attendees with practical knowledge and actionable advice to make informed dietary choices for a healthier lifestyle. It is free and open to the public.
