Essentia Health to Host Trunk-or-Treat Event
Looking for fun and safe trick-or-treating opportunities for your child? Join Essentia Health for its second annual trunk-or-treat community event on Tuesday, Oct. 28.
Hosted by Essentia’s pediatrics team, the free event runs from 5:30-7 p.m. in the parking lot of Essentia’s Support Services Center, located at 3314 33rd St. S. in Fargo.
“We can’t wait to have some fun and interact with our patients and families in a more relaxed and care-free environment,” said Michelle Finneman, child life specialist at Essentia Health-Fargo. “Building relationships with the children and families we serve, especially in pediatrics, is so important to us! Trunk or treat is a great way for us to connect on a more personal level and showcase our support for the children and youth in our community right here at Essentia.”
The first 50 attendees get a free Essentia-themed trick-or-treat tote bag to use for candy, including allergy-free options, and prizes. There will be music, photo opps and fun games. Costumes are highly encouraged.
