Essentia Health To Break Ground On New Clinic In Lisbon

Essentia Health is excited to break ground on a new 6,000-square-foot clinic in Lisbon.

The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, on the site of the current Essentia Health-Lisbon Clinic at 819 Main St., which will remain open during construction. The state-of-the-art replacement clinic will be three times as large as the existing building and will feature expanded service offerings, new technology and additional providers. There will be 12 telehealth-capable exam rooms, plus two procedure rooms and an expansion of lab and radiology services.

“At Essentia Health, we are committed to providing high-quality and affordable health care close to home,” said Al Hurley, chief operating officer for Essentia’s West Market. “We are proud to make this investment and strengthen our ties to Lisbon and the surrounding area.”

Local contractors were selected to lead the $3.3 million project, which is expected to be complete next spring.
