Essentia Health-52nd Avenue Clinic Welcomes Family Medicine Specialist Dr. Ashley Wilke

The Essentia Health-52nd Avenue Clinic is excited to welcome Dr. Ashley Wilke, who specializes in family medicine.

“I have worked for Essentia in the past and enjoyed it,” she said. “I appreciate the physician leadership dyad model followed at Essentia.”

Dr. Wilke received her medical education from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and completed her residency in family medicine at Essentia Health in Duluth. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

“I chose family medicine as I love to care for patients from birth onward, and love taking care of families,” said Dr. Wilke. “I am interested in both chronic disease management and preventive care. I really enjoy getting to know my patients long-term and building a relationship with them.

“I like to work with patients to meet them where they are and make a plan that works for both of us.”
