Essentia Health-Fargo is proud to welcome hospitalist Dr. Amarinder Atal.

Dr. Atal received his medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

“I chose internal medicine, and specifically hospitalist work, because I want to command a breadth and depth of knowledge that allows me to care for a wide range of people,” explained Dr. Atal. “I want to care for patients at the challenging times in their lives, where they require the acuity and pace of support a hospitalist provides.”
