Dr. Lee Hodny, OB/GYN Specialist, Joins Essentia Health’s Mid Dakota Women’s Center in Bismarck

The Essentia Health Mid Dakota Women’s Center-Bismarck is excited to welcome OB/GYN Dr. Lee Hodny.

“I chose Essentia Health because I wanted to come back home to be with family and continue my practice,” explained Dr. Hodny, a Mandan native.

Dr. Hodny received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota. He completed a residency in OB/GYN at the University of Kansas in Wichita. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

“I went to the UND School of Medicine and did my last two years here in Bismarck,” explained Dr. Hodny. “It was during that time that, when observing the physicians at Mid Dakota Clinic, I decided OB/GYN was my specialty. It provides a great combination of primary care and surgery.”
