Dr. Cyndee Jocson Joins Essentia Health Fargo in Pediatric Cardiology

The Essentia Health-South University Clinic is proud to welcome pediatric cardiologist Dr. Cyndee Jocson.

Dr. Jocson earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines. She completed pediatric residencies at Cardinal Santos Medical Center in the Philippines and Columbia University/Harlem Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Jocson completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine/Manning Family Children’s in New Orleans and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

“I chose pediatrics because I have always admired the resilience of children and their remarkable ability to adapt and thrive despite significant health challenges,” said Dr. Jocson. “Pediatric cardiology combines my passion for caring for children with my interest in the complexities of the heart. It is especially rewarding to diagnose heart conditions early, provide timely treatment and support children and their families while encouraging healthy habits for lifelong heart health.”
