Dr. Amber Stola Joins Essentia Health-Fargo as Pulmonary and Critical Care Specialist

Dr. Amber Stola, who specializes in pulmonology and critical care, is excited to join Essentia Health-Fargo.

“I decided to join Essentia Health because of its outstanding reputation in patient care,” explained Dr. Stola. “Growing up in the Fargo-Moorhead area, my previous experiences at Essentia gave me confidence that this is a collaborative environment committed to providing the highest level of care for our community.”

Dr. Stola earned her medical degree from the University of North Dakota. She completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Prisma Health – Upstate in Greenville, South Carolia. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

“I chose pulmonary and critical care medicine because I enjoy helping patients with complex respiratory conditions and treating critically ill patients,” said Dr. Stola. “I like the challenging nature of critical care and the opportunity to make a significant impact on a patient’s quality of life.”
