Congressman Dusty Johnson Visits CNOS- Dakota Dunes Clinic
South Dakota Representative Dusty Johnson recently paid a visit to the CNOS – Dakota Dunes Clinic. This visit underscores Congressman Johnson’s commitment to understanding and supporting the innovation in healthcare in South Dakota and the tri-state region.
CNOS, known for its growth and advancement in specialty care, is celebrating its 25th year in Siouxland. Starting out with three specialties: orthopaedics, neurosciences, and spinal care, CNOS has grown to over 20 specialties and sub-specialties with over 40 physicians and 60 advanced practice practitioners.
“We were very fortunate to entertain South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson at CNOS and had the opportunity to communicate our organization’s mission and discuss obstacles we face as a physician-owned private practice,” said Nolan Lubarski, CEO at CNOS.
Johnson was led around the clinic by members of the CNOS Leadership Team, meeting physicians, staff, and seeing some day-to-day clinical operations at the Dakota Dunes location.
Lubarski said, “Following a tour of our clinic and imaging center, we were able to discuss topics related to physician recruitment, telemedicine efforts, payer challenges, and Medicaid expansion. We are grateful to our local, regional, and state representatives who take an active interest in CNOS and what we do to improve health!”
