Columbus Welcomes Dr. Luke Tomczak for Ophthalmology Care

At Columbus Community Hospital, our doctors are an incredibly important part of our community — which is why “community” is our middle name.

One local doctor who consistently delivers the best for our area is ophthalmologist Dr. Luke Tomczak.  Tomczak is employed by Eye Physicians, PC, and performs eye surgeries at Columbus Surgery Center, which has been a Columbus Community Hospital facility since 2021. He provides care for a variety of conditions, from cataracts to glaucoma to saggy eyelids.

Tomczak says he places great importance on developing a relationship with his patients.

“I get a good feel for what their goals are,” he said. “We take pride in listening to our patients and setting a personalized treatment plan.”

“Although I’ve never lived in Nebraska before, I think it’s a great place to live,” he added. “I’ve heard a lot of good things, and I’m just excited to be a part of the community and help everyone out as best I can.”
