CNOS Gives Back With Angel Tree

The staff at CNOS have always enjoyed Christmas. And season after season, they’ve been helping hundreds of local children and families enjoy it too.

CNOS’s Angel Tree tradition began over 20 years ago when the doctors at CNOS suggested that instead of giving them gifts for Christmas, the CNOS team could help spread a little bit of magic to less fortunate children in the area.

“Christmas is such a magical time, especially for children,” said Melanie Brown, Chief Human Resources Officer at CNOS. “Thanks to so many, our angel tree gift drive has had a positive impact on families in Siouxland and help is once again needed this year.”

Donations to the Angel Tree have historically benefitted organizations like Crittendon Center and Boys and Girls Club, as well as other identified individuals. As CNOS continues to grow, so does its impact of giving back to the community. 105 Siouxland children will be receiving Christmas gifts this year, which hopefully brings a little extra joy to their holiday season.

“Employees at CNOS look forward to the Angel Tree every year. It gives everyone a chance to get in the holiday spirit and truly impacts the gift giver just as much, if not more, than the children receiving them,” says Sarah Rol, Communications Director at CNOS. “The willingness of our staff at CNOS to give is priceless!”
