CNOS And Midlands Clinic Partnership Effective January 2023, New Clinic Names Announced

On January 3rd 2023, Midlands Clinic will be joining CNOS.  Midlands and CNOS are excited about the ability to continue to provide the highest quality of care to patients we serve together. 

Beginning January 3rd, 2023, the two Midlands Clinic locations will ONLY see a  name change. Please note the SAME ADDRESSES for both clinics. 

CNOS- Sioux Point Clinic - 705 Sioux Point Road, Suite 100, Dakota Dunes, SD 

CNOS- Cosmetic and Dermatology - 4301 Sergeant Road, Suite 120, Sioux City, IA
