Center For Family Medicine Open House

Center for Family Medicine and the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency 50th Anniversary Open House Event to Take Place First Week of October in Sioux Falls, SD. 

Center for Family Medicine (CFM) will hold an Open House event at their Sioux Falls, SD clinic, located on the Avera Campus on Cliff Ave, on Thursday, October 5th from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The clinic will be open to the public for tours.  

The 15,000 square foot clinic features 25 clinical exam and procedure rooms, including two counseling rooms, an ultrasound procedure room, and in-house lab. The CFM clinic is located on the first floor of Avera Plaza 2, while the 8,000 square foot Administration Office is located on the third of Plaza 2.  

CFM has been located at 1115 East 20th Street in Sioux Falls, SD since the fall of 2001, moving from their previous location on S. Dakota Ave. Currently plans for the location including additional office space on the third floor, as well as updates to the clinical area including a brand new “50 Years of CFM” mural.  

Beginning in 1973, CFM is home to the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency, hosting 33 resident physicians between the Sioux Falls and Pierre branches of the program. 14 faculty physicians lead the CFM team, including the recently promoted Program Director Dr. Brad Kamstra.  

Community Partners of CFM are invited to join the public open house on the evening of October 5th at 1115 East 20th Street, Sioux Falls, SD. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.
