Prairie Lakes Healthcare System (PLHS) is pleased to announce Caitlin Broek as Director of Information Technology (IT) and Clinical Informatics.
In this role, Broek provides leadership and oversight of the Information Technology, Applications, Informatics, and Biomedical departments. She is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing enterprise technology systems that support clinical and business operations and ensure reliable technology systems that enable safe, secure, and high-quality patient care.

Broek is board certified in Nursing Informatics and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Organizational and Systems Leadership.
“I’m honored to step into this role and continue serving Prairie Lakes in a new capacity,” said Broek. “My career began at the bedside, and that experience continues to shape how I approach technology and leadership. I’m looking forward to advancing our technology systems and supporting our transition to Epic as part of Sanford Health.”
