37th Annual Community Hospital Pro-Am Draws Full Field

The 37th Annual Community Hospital Pro-Am Golf Tournament was held Friday, June 5 at Heritage Hills Golf Course, featuring a full slate of 27 teams and strong community participation.

The event began with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start under cool, overcast conditions that gradually gave way to a beautiful sunny afternoon. The course was in excellent condition, and players enjoyed the day and the tournament’s shamble format.

The popular Ron Coleman Memorial Horse Race followed at approximately 4:30 p.m., drawing a large crowd of community spectators to conclude the event.

McCook hometown golfer Brandon Crick delivered a standout performance, winning the Professional Division, capturing first place in the Horse Race, and recording a hole-in-one on Hole #7—one of the designated Hole-in-One Game holes sponsored by Linda Maiden State Farm Insurance. Crick also set a new Heritage Hills course record with a score of 11-under par.
