The Iowa Healthcare Leaders Association (IHLA) is a non-profit organization established in 1972 and currently consists of over 400 members dedicated to quality health care management. IHLA assists the members to develop effective and efficient practices, thus enhancing the provision of quality health care services within Iowa.
Promoting professional growth and development
IHLA is an established healthcare association previously known as Iowa MGMA (IMGMA). IHLA has been serving, supporting and connecting medical practice administrators, executives, and leaders for over 45 years in the state of Iowa. IHLA membership represents healthcare practices of all sides including independent clinics specialty groups and large health systems.
