Ten Students Graduate From Radiologic Technology School At Mary Lanning

Ten students graduated from the Mary Lanning Healthcare School of Radiologic Technology on July 15.

Graduation took place at Fuhr Music Hall – Perkins Auditorium on the Hasting College campus. Five graduates were from the Hastings campus; five were from the Kearney campus. Dacey Hampton, Hastings campus graduate, gave the address.

Graduates included Emily Burkink (Kearney), Taylor Goedert (Kearney), Maria Gonzalez (Kearney), Dacey Hampton (Hastings), Syndey Holmes (Hastings), Jessica Kuehn (Kearney), Jhaliyah Lewis (Hastings), Odeth Mendez-Peraza (Hastings), Mia Pemberton (Hastings) and Keiley Tisthammer (Kearney). 

The Bracco Diagnostics Award of Excellence, voted on only by faculty and clinical instructors, is based on the student’s behavior in the classroom, grades, quantity and quality of exams, patient care, how they work with others, performance under pressure, and ability to follow policies and procedures. The recipient was Keiley Tisthammer.

The Mary Lanning Healthcare Foundation Michael Sands Scholarship was given to Leslie Trump (Hastings) and Taylor Berumen (Hastings), both first-year students in the program.
