Crystal Kirschenmann, RN, Receives DAISY Award At Avera St. Mary's Hospital In Pierre

Crystal Kirschenmann, RN, with the Avera St. Mary's Hospital Women's Center, is the most recent recipient of the DAISY Award. She was recognized for the care she provided during the birth and subsequent adoption of a baby in Pierre.

The birth mother, adoptive parents and the adoption agency social worker all submitted nominations on her behalf. They all noted how attentive and welcoming she made each of them feel; and commented on her ability to fill the room with positive energy. Congratulations, Crystal!
