Traci Rabine Joins Eide Bailly Healthcare Practice

Traci Rabine, former vice president of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, S.D., has joined top 25 CPA firm Eide Bailly.

Rabine joins the healthcare consulting team with more than 20 years of expertise in healthcare leadership focusing on construction management, clinic and hospital operations and revenue cycle.

Traci’s experience in this area coupled with her knowledge and expertise of health systems will help our clients create even better strategic plans.”

Rabine spent most of her career as a vice president at an 81-bed hospital and multi-specialty clinic. She has provided leadership for major building projects along with developing and managing specialty physician practices including cardiology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, nephrology, urology, pulmonology, ENT, general surgery, and dermatology.

Rabine’s experience also includes the management of physician contracting and compensation as well as the integration of a freestanding ambulatory surgery center her organization purchases, including regulatory compliance and business office transition. Rabine previously served as a member of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Advisory Panel on Hospital Outpatient Payment and is a past president and current board member of the Watertown Area United Way.
