Dr. Joseph Hart is excited to join the Essentia Health-South University Clinic as an otolaryngologist. Otolaryngology is a medical specialty focused on the ears, nose and throat (ENT).

“The team was incredibly welcoming, kind and professional,” said Dr. Hart. “I had never met a team so warm since residency.”

Dr. Hart earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota. He completed residencies at Hennepin County Medical Center and the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

“My uncle was a physician who passed because of tongue cancer,” said Dr. Hart. “My brother and I went into ENT because of that. I enjoy general ENT and treating all ages and aspects of ENT.”
