Essentia Health-Lisbon Clinic To Host Community Open House And Ribbon Cutting

A ribbon cutting and community open house will be held for the brand-new Essentia Health-Lisbon Clinic from 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28.

“We are honored to strengthen our commitment to rural health care and the city of Lisbon by investing in this community, the economy and, most importantly, the people,” said Al Hurley, chief operating officer of Essentia Health’s West Market. “We are also thankful for the collaboration of our community partners and local leaders, who worked with us every step of the way on this project.”

The clinic is located on the site of the previous Essentia Health-Lisbon Clinic at 819 Main St. in downtown Lisbon.

Opening its doors on Aug. 28, the new 6,000-square-foot clinic is three times the size of the previous facility. It includes nine exam rooms (all of which are telehealth-capable), one procedure room, increased office space and an expansion of lab and radiology services. The larger clinic also provides room for an additional family medicine physician and equipment upgrades.

A short speaking program will be held at 4 p.m. followed by the ribbon cutting. Attendees will be able to tour the new facility and enjoy refreshments and giveaways.

This event is open to the public.

Media is welcome to attend; please let Caitlin Pallai (Caitlin.Pallai@EssentiaHealth.org) know if you plan to be there.
