21st Annual Nutrition and Wellness in Health and Disease 2021 - LIVESTREAM
Nutrition, physical activity and other healthy lifestyle behaviors are vital components in the promotion of health and in the treatment of disease.
This program will highlight ambulatory nutrition and wellness topics with multidisciplinary faculty. Current clinical topics will be highlighted through presentations, interactive case studies and panel discussions.
Upon completion of the 21st Annual Nutrition and Wellness in Health and Disease course, learner should be able to:
Describe how to gather as part of a multidisciplinary team to address the needs of patients with obesity and associated medical conditions and to determine the best approach
Differentiate the benefits of physical activity on overall health, aging, cardiovascular health as well as the role of activity tracking tools and wellness coaching
