Sanford Imagenetics Genomic Medicine Symposium
Physicians, nurses, research scientists, genetic counselors, residents and students are invited to learn from national experts in precision medicine about incorporating advances in genetics and genomics into patient care.
Topics will include: Challenges in return of results in clinical genomic population screening; the probabilistic landscape of clinical genetics; searching for genes associated with hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS); challenges in diagnosis and treatment of mitochondrial disease; cardiovascular genetics update; and a national program of pharmacogenetic testing for veterans.
