Join us for this virtual event as SDAHO brings you expert presenters from across the country to inspire, educate, support, and advocate for post-acute leadership and front-line caregivers. The Post-Acute Care Conference is designed for healthcare professionals from across the healthcare continuum including hospital, nursing home, home health, assisted living and hospice providers. Registration includes two days of specific leadership and resident care topics, in addition, each facility that registers will receive post-conference access to a 3-part series on in-depth training related to MDS 3.0.
