On July 8, 2019, Vance Thompson Vision presented its aesthetics center under a new name, Kalon Medical Spa. Kalon Medical Spa takes a different approach to medical aesthetics, focusing on enhancing the inner beauty of each individual to build the confidence that brings an outer glow.
“Kalon takes into account the individual as a whole. Our products and services are designed to treat everyone through natural health and wellness,” Tamme Berdahl, director of Kalon, said. “We’re passionate about providing this kind of care, and that passion really shines when it comes to treating our patients.”
Kalon features the first and only Sciton JOULE XTM laser in the region, which addresses an abundance of skin restorative and revitalizing concerns. Other treatments designed to reveal inner beauty include skin and facial treatments and injectables like neuromodulators and fillers.
“With so many treatment options, there’s something for everyone,” Kennedy Dose, licensed aesthetician, said. “We’ll work with patients to help them determine which treatments and products are right for them.”
With two new membership programs, Kalon provides access to the best technology and value in the region. World class aesthetics services will continue to be offered by Kalon’s incredible team including Alyssa Letcher, PA-C; Kennedy Dose, licensed aesthetician; Amber Eliason, RN; and Dr. Deborah Ristvedt, who has extensive experience in cosmetic and functional eyelid surgery.
“I’m really excited to be a part of this team,” Alyssa Letcher, Kalon’s certified physician assistant, said. “We each have our own set of skills and specialties, and I think our passion for aesthetics and our clients really sets us apart. With our team, we’re going to be able to offer the same best on earth care patients find at Vance Thompson Vision.”
Improved products and services will also be available, including new skincare lines and a boutique feel in a tranquil setting. Gift cards, Brilliant Distinctions, and Aspire points will continue just as they did before.
