St. Luke’s Names New Director of Imaging Services

Claudine Van Meeteren, R.T.(R)(M) RDMS, RVT, has joined UnityPoint Health® - St. Luke’s as Director of Imaging Services. Van Meeteren assumed her duties in June and brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in hospital-based imaging to her new role.
Van Meeteren arrives at an exciting time at St. Luke’s. With a number of advanced imaging technologies recently being added, she will be focused on incorporating these new modalities, while enhancing the patient experience.
“In recent years, the pace of innovation in imaging has been incredible,” Van Meeteren says. “With the addition of new, minimally invasive methods to view the anatomy and diagnose a variety of conditions earlier than ever before, it is vital that we continue to find ways to quickly incorporate these technologies.
“I am excited about the opportunity to lead an exceptional team that will continue to usher in advancements that will serve our patients like never before,” Van Meeteren continues.
Van Meeteren has spent the last 17 years in leadership roles at hospitals in Minnesota and Iowa. Most recently, she served as Director of Diagnostic Services at Winona Health Services in Winona, Minn.
“I have been working in imaging for 22 years,” Van Meeteren says. “Through my experience, I have developed a passion for taking care of others, while designing efficient processes for the delivery of high quality, personal care.
In her free time, Van Meeteren enjoys working out and participating in sports. She also spends as much time as possible with her 12 nieces and nephews.
