Kirking joins UnityPoint Health

Adam Kirking has joined UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s as the Director of Imaging and Laboratory Services. In his new role, Kirking oversees all hospital-based and outpatient radiology and laboratory services, including those at the recently opened Sunnybrook Medical Plaza. In this role he will be responsible for daily operations, quality improvement, employee performance and patient satisfaction.


Originally from Mondovi, Wisconsin, Kirking received his Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and his Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota. Most recently, Kirking completed a Rural Administrative Fellowship with UnityPoint Health, including time spent at hospitals in Fort Dodge, Des Moines and Sioux City managing various financial analysis, new service line research and electronic medical record implementation projects.  He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
