Cedar Hills Family Clinic, P.C., Joins Regional Health

NEWCASTLE, WY – Effective Sunday, Sept. 1, Cedar Hills Family Clinic, P.C., joined the Regional Health family of health care providers. The clinic, with locations in Newcastle and Upton, will continue to provide care to residents and those from the surrounding area.
“We are very excited and privileged to partner with the Cedar Hills Family Clinic physicians, staff, and the Newcastle and Upton, Wyoming communities,” said John Pierce, Chief Operating Officer of Regional Health Physicians. “We are excited to work with the existing health care providers to continue providing quality health care for people in these communities.”
Regional Health has managed Weston County Health Services, a general medical and surgical health care facility located in Newcastle, for the last 19 years and looks forward to continuing this long-standing partnership. Weston County Health Services includes a 23-bed hospital and a 51-bed nursing home.
“We have had a longstanding relationship with Regional Health over the course of the last 30 years and are pleased and excited to be part of a larger health care organization,” said Lanny Reimer, M.D.
“As a clinic, with new Federal regulatory requirements, we face recruitment and administration obstacles, so I look forward to the potential advantages this partnership with Regional Health can bring,” said Lanny Reimer, M.D. “This will provide an opportunity to bring visiting specialists to our county.”
The Newcastle location, now known as Newcastle Regional Medical Clinic, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will continue primary care, X-ray, laboratory and electrocardiogram services. The Upton location, now called Upton Regional Medical Clinic, is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

living facilities. Regional Health provides primary and specialty care
including: audiology, behavioral health, dermatology, endocrinology,
otorhinolaryngology (ENT), family medicine, general surgery, infectious
disease, internal medicine, nephrology, neurosurgery, obstetrics and
gynecology, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, podiatry, pulmonology, rheumatology
