Walk-In Wednesday Hiring Event Returns February 28

WHAT: The first Genesis ‘Walk-In Wednesday’ hiring event of 2024

WHERE: Genesis Human Resources representatives will be located at the main entrances of both Genesis Medical Center – Davenport (1227 East Rusholme Street, Davenport, IA ) and Genesis Medical Center - Silvis (801 Illini Drive, Silvis, IL) to meet with and conduct on-the-spot interviews for all open positions (clinical and non-clinical).

WHEN: Wednesday, February 28, from 3-6 p.m.

Additional Information: This walk-in, same-day, back-to-back interview process is designed to make it even easier for the job seeker and employer to find the perfect fit. There is the potential for applicants to complete the interview process and receive an on-the-spot conditional offer during the event.

2023 hiring statistics:

·         Walk-In Wednesday began in February 2023

·         385 job seekers have attended.

·         Genesis has hired 121 applicants.
