UnityPoint Health – Sioux City Announces New Market President

UnityPoint Health – Sioux City is pleased to announce Jane Arnold, MSA, MA, OTR/L, CMPE as their Market President, effective October 8, 2023. Arnold will oversee operations at UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s and UnityPoint Clinic locations in Siouxland.

Our focus will continue to be to take great care of our patients and community, support our providers, and invest in our workforce.”  

Arnold most recently served as Senior Vice President of Business & Network Development for UnityPoint Health – Sioux City and Regional Vice President of Ambulatory Operations for UnityPoint Clinic – Sioux City. She has been with the organization for 23 years, and during this time, Jane has worked across the full continuum of care including the hospital, outpatient departments, home care and clinics. She brings exceptional experience to the table in operations, working with our physician partners and driving outcomes. She will also focus on workforce wellbeing and supporting a positive culture.

Arnold received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy from The College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN. She received her Master of Science in Administrative Studies and Health Services Administration (MSA) from the University of South Dakota. In addition, she has a Certified Medical Practice Executive by the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
