Terryl Johnson Continues Career At Essentia Health As Nurse Practitioner

After working at Essentia Health as a registered nurse, Terryl Johnson has furthered her education to become an advanced practice registered nurse and certified nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology at the Essentia Health-South University Clinic.

“I have had the joy of working for Essentia for over 15 years as a registered nurse,” said Johnson. “I am thankful and excited to continue my career as an advanced practice provider alongside my Essentia Health colleagues.”

Johnson received her doctoral degree from North Dakota State University in Fargo.

“I chose endocrinology because I am interested in chronic disease management and health promotion,” said Johnson. “I aim to create a welcoming environment where I can partner with patients and their families to improve and manage their health.”
