CNOS Adds Sport & Performance Psychology

CNOS, known for its experience in the sports medicine field, is excited to announce the addition of Sport and Performance Psychology to its comprehensive list of services. This strategic expansion reflects CNOS’s commitment to providing holistic care to athletes and individuals seeking peak performance in their respective activities.

CNOS has long been recognized for its expertise in diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries. Now, with the integration of sport and performance psychology, CNOS aims to address the mental aspect of athletic performance, offering tailored strategies to enhance focus, resilience, and overall mental well-being.

The addition of this specialty service will be led by Tracy Meis, a Mental Performance Consultant who focuses on youth, high school, and collegiate athletes and performers.

Tracy will be offering free, 15-minute initial consultations for those who are interested in learning more about this service. She will be taking appointments for individual athletes and performers, along with team sessions as well.
