Alexia Gillen, DO, Joins Regional Urgent Care
Regional Urgent Care is pleased to announce the addition of Alexia Gillen, D.O., a Family Medicine physician, to the clinic staff. Dr. Gillen joins Douglas Everson, M.D., and Heather Preuss, M.D., and advanced practice clinicians Michael Birgenheir, PA-C; Jennifer Blacker, PA-C; Bruce Ferrell, PA-C; Robert VandeVenter, PA-C; Edward Vopat, PA-C; and Meghan O’Mara, CNP, at Regional Urgent Care, with locations at 2201 Jackson Blvd. and 408 Knollwood Dr.
A Rapid City native, Dr. Gillen has provided care in Rapid City since 2009 after graduating as chief resident of the Rapid City Regional Hospital Family Medicine Residency program. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coursework at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, and received her medical degree at Des Moines University – Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
